We offer a convenient online booking system and encourage it's use. We do not have a receptionist and your call/message may not be returned the same business day. Also we encourage the use of our online booking system after business hours, 7:30pm-9:00am.
If you arrive for your appointment prior to the scheduled starting time, the door to our office may be locked. As with any other medical office, we experience delays in our schedule. We ask you to wait patiently for us to unlock the door; which may be up to ten minutes past your scheduled time. If we are more than ten minutes behind schedule, we will call you to either push back your starting time or reschedule. Your appointment time will not be shortened due to our delay.  If you are a new client, your client forms will be emailed to you to fill out PRIOR to your appointment. If you fail to complete your intake form prior to your appointment, you will be required to fill it out in our office during your appointment time. Your treatment time will not be extended. If your late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the clinic enough time to fill the slot. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled starting timeyou will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the scheduled appointment. You are welcome to find someone to come in your place if you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office and inform us of the switch. 
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services and will be required to pay the FULL AMOUNT for the service they booked and failed to show for. It is important that our massage therapists are compensated for reserved time slots. The clinic will not refund a prepaid service that results in a no show; a fee will be charged in the amount of the original reservation fee.


Our "Pay What You Can" business model is still in effect. What this means is, we have set prices listed above for your reference.
*If you CAN pay the full amount and you WANT to pay that amount, then that's what you do.
*If you CAN NOT pay the full amount, then you just pay what you can and use the suggested price for service as a reference.
*If you CAN NOT pay ANYTHING at all and you want to trade a skill or something else you are welcome to.
*If you have NEITHER payment or trade for your therapy, you are welcome to just sing our praises for relieving your chronic pain to everyone you know. ❤️

We absolutely will NOT pass judgement on you at all if you fall in any of these categories. We completely understand what tough situations are like and know the last thing a person needs to suffer with during a hard time is pain. We know that massage therapy is also great for relieving the stress of the struggles you may be facing. We want to be part of the light at the end of the tunnel for you. We want to help you, not judge your situation. We will not ask degrading questions or treat you less than a regular full paying customer. You will be pampered and spoiled equally.
